5 Rd Richmond is a new townhouse  in preconstruction in Richmond. 47 units, size ranging from 1,450 to 1,650 sq. ft. developed by Anthem.

The No 5 Road project is located in the family orientated area of Steveston Highway in Richmond BC. Acquired in 2016, the site originally consisted of 11 single family homes. Contemporary West Coast architecture, modern interior living, two lushly planted amenity areas and yards help define the project within the surrounding neighborhood. The project also features duplex style townhomes that provide single family style living accommodations within the development.
